The Institute bears two highly furnished beautiful buildings, well suited and comfortable hostel buildings which can accommodate about 200 students on the beautiful premises of 5.5 acres of land at Shirgaon, Ratnagiri generously donated by Hon. Shri Manohar Bhat (Son of soil), Pune.

Playground
The college has its own building with many spacious classrooms with 100 students occupancy.
- The outdoor playground is of 155 feet X 230 feet is equipped with facilities to play outdoor games like Volleyball, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Cricket, Javelin throw, Shotput etc.
- Indoor playground is well equipped to play badminton.
Auditorium (Pawar Hall)
- It is located in the old campus at a walking distance of 5 minutes from the new campus.
- Pawar Hall is situated in old campus (Raosaheb Nilkanth Balkrishna Kadwadkar Sankul), and it is approximately of 3753 Sq.ft. Pawar Hall has an adjacent green room, large stage and 300 persons seating capacity.
- College Annual gathering - Utkarsham, Cultural Events, and Guest Lectures are organised in Pawar Hall.
Library
An extensive library offered at the library by various authors on nursing and literature (library services), and book bank availability.
The college has a library with the latest books of Indian and foreign authors on nursing, allied, and general topics, as well as e-learning facilities like e-books.
Laboratories
- Community Health Nursing Lab is equipped with community bags and all required materials for practice of students.
- A Maternal and Child Health Nursing lab is equipped with a delivery model, a neonatal dummy.
- All required surgical instruments for delivery and gynaec instruments, a pelvic model, skull to study itself ideally in a demonstration lab.
- A Nutrition lab, equipped with all the utensils required to prepare a nutritional diet for patients, for a nutrition programme and learning special diets for various disease
- Preclinical lab equipped with specimens, models, modern AV aids
- Foundation lab featuring dummies for clinical teaching, demonstration and self-practice of students.
Hostel
- The institute has well equipped and spacious hostel facility to accommodate 200 students. The hostel has an in-house mess facility, water coolers, etc.
- Students are provided with a well-equipped hostel that includes mess facilities and recreational amenities on the same campus
