Admission Policy

a. Cancellation

Cancellation during the current Academic year of the course, but after the last date of admission given by the concerned Board. In the event of failure to continue the chosen Diploma Course ANM Program, for whatever reason, the students will be liable to pay the complete course fee to secure NOC and return. The application must be submitted to the principal of the institute for this purpose.

b. Fitness Certificate

A Medical Fitness certificate is mandatory before the Maharashtra State Board of Paramedical Education & submit a Medical Fitness Certificate duly signed by a Medical Officer/registered medical practitioner within seven days of the date of admission; failing this, her admission may lead to cancellation and forfeiture of the fees paid.

c. Commencement of Classes

ANM Nursing courses will commence on 01st August of each year, as well as the statutory bodies' norms. College will be communicated to the Candidates by website/ e-mail/telephonic conversation. After that, candidates will be required to report to the Dean / Principal of the respective college to which she is admitted.

d. Discipline:

Candidates admitted to the college of the MSBNPE are subject to the discipline and conduct rules of the Board and MKSSS. The Disciplinary Committee will deal with all cases, either Suo motu or when referred by the Principal of the College. The decision of the Secretary/Head of the discipline committee of Samstha will be final in this regard.

e. Dress Code:

The admitted candidates will be required to follow the dress code of the respective colleges.

f. Ragging:

Ragging within or outside the educational Institutions is strictly prohibited. Ragging is a criminal offence as per the dictates of the Supreme Court. The Board/Indian Nursing Council has already framed rules and regulations in this regard. Students involved in ragging will be subjected to disciplinary proceedings.
