The Institute bears two highly furnished beautiful buildings, well suited and comfortable hostel buildings which can accommodate about 200 students on the beautiful premises of 5.5 acres of land at Shirgaon, Ratnagiri generously donated by Hon. Shri Manohar Bhat (Son of soil), Pune. Ratnagiri Project has undertaken various activities which includes Nursing college, BCA College, Fashion Designing

Department
Nursing Foundations Department serve as the "genesis" of all nursing education, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and clinical practice.
The Maternal and Child Health Nursing department aims to equip students with knowledge and skills for holistic care of women & children
The aim of a Community Health Nursing department is to prepare nursing students to provide holistic care to individuals, families, and communities, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and improving overall population well-being.
Program Outcome
ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery) Programme Outcomes focus on preparing students to provide primary healthcare, midwifery, and community health services, enabling them to deliver basic nursing care, manage normal deliveries, offer maternal/child health services, promote health, educate communities, and function as effective team members in grassroots healthcare settings. Key outcomes include providing preventive/promotive care, managing minor ailments, conducting safe deliveries, coordinating with health teams, and updating skills for personal growth.
Code of Conduct
A Medical Fitness certificate is mandatory before the Maharashtra State Board of Paramedical Education & submit a Medical Fitness Certificate duly signed by a Medical Officer/registered medical practitioner within seven days of the date of admission; failing this, her admission may lead to cancellation and forfeiture of the fees paid.
